Welcome to SHOESTOM. By downloading, accessing, or using the SHOESTOM mobile app or website (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. About SHOESTOM

SHOESTOM is a sneaker customization tool that lets you design a personalized Nike Air Force 1 using a palette based on Angelus paint colors, preview your design from multiple angles, and export a design card to share with a paint artist. Colors shown in the app are a visual guide only and may not exactly match real paint due to screen display, lighting, and shoe material.

3. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or reverse engineer it, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

4. Your Designs

Any designs you create with SHOESTOM belong to you. You are responsible for how you use and share your designs, including any design cards you export and provide to third parties such as paint artists.

5. Third-Party Products and Trademarks

"Air Force 1" and "Air Jordan" are trademarks of Nike, Inc. "Angelus" is a trademark of Angelus Brand. SHOESTOM is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nike or Angelus. Links to third-party sites (such as Angelus Direct and YouTube) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
  • Disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that colors and previews will accurately reflect real-world results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHOESTOM and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any results of applying real paint to physical shoes.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
